Karson L. Miller

     Our founding consultant, Karson L. Miller, has garnered experience in numerous grassroots political campaigns on the federal, state, and local levels, including the Jim Banks for Congress and Mike Braun for Governor Campaigns, while completing his BA at Huntington University in Political Science, History, and International Development Studies. Since then he has worked as a consultant in the not-for-profit and business sector in grassroots community outreach and organizing roles, which has allowed him to develop many local networks across Indiana. Karson loves to network and is especially motivated to help other young professionals connect and develop new approaches and ideas.

Isiah Huber

      Isiah Huber started his college career in the field of Journalism, before transitioning and graduating from Huntington University with dual degrees in History and Communications, as well as a minor in Political Science. Isiah has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 3 years now and honed his skills in volunteer recruitment and management, while also looking to expand his field of knowledge in grassroots and large donor fundraising. Isiah is passionate about uniting volunteers around their specific causes and ensuring they feel appreciated for the vital support they provide. He also exhibits a strong student mindset and is always looking for more effective ways of improving his value to his career and to this community.

Solomon Rangel

Solomon Rangel has always had a passion for art and graphic design, starting his career early while still completing his Graphic Arts Degree. Solomon created many stunning visuals for Student Organizations at Huntington University and eventually for the University itself. He soon also bridged over into the filed of content creation and created many of the social media post for the same organizations. This all while serving as an RA leader and striving to create community on his floor in Wright Hall. While finishing up his senior year Solomon served as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketer for the Questa Education Foundation before then transitioning a similar role at the Voice of Judah Israel faith non-for-profit.

Kyle Reynolds

As our Senior Managing Consultant, Kyle Reynolds brings a wealth of high level grassroots experience to the SGC team. Kyle has worked as a regional director for IN Gov. Mike Braun's gubernatorial campaign. He is a recent MA graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and has written various articles on a wide range of topics from political theory to higher education policy. His work has appeared in national known Conservative newspapers, such as The Daily Caller, The Washington Times, The Washington Examiner, The American Spectator and many more. Recently Kyle has started his own campaign for commissioner in Porter County, Indiana.

Adam Manka 

Adam Manka serves as our main Candidate Development Specialist as well as helping to craft the detailed minutia of our personalized SGC Campaign Plans. Adam has had a long history of public service, during his High School career he was a volunteer with the Wisconsin Civil Air Patrol and rose to the rank of Cadet 1st Lieutenant. In addition, Adam ran and won on a Reformist Platform for School Board in La Crosse, during his Senior year and continues to serve in that capacity. Since then he as worked towards getting his Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Western Technical College, while simultaneously working at the Leadership Institute learning the inter-workings of their Development  Fundraising Operations and General Donor Management.

Logan Hammond

Logan Hammond is a young professional underdog in northeast Indiana with a tenacious spirit and a very bright future. At the young age of 15 Logan ran his mother's political campaign for county council and won against a multi term incumbent, backed by a seasoned local campaign consultant, all while being out spent at a ratio of 5:1. Logan currently serves as the President of Teenage Allen County Republicans and a Governor at the Midwestern Leadership Congress for the Patriot Academy. Logan has planned many successful grassroots events, while always looking to mobilize other young conservatives in the area around strong candidates and local issues.
